Right of way code: 14 Digit, alpha-numeric code specifying the location of the site in the format of "AAAAABBBBBCDDD." (1)AAAAA: 5 Letters or numbers indicating the right-of-way on which the infestation is located. For all WA state rights-of-way, this code will be SR followed by 3 digits designating the road. For example: Interstate 5 will be SR005, Highway 507 will be SR507. For all city streets, this code will be the first five letters of the street name or the five alpha/numerics of the numbered street. For example: Carpenter Road will be CARPE, 14th Street will be 14STR, Elm Street will be ELMST, and 4th Avenue will be 4AVEN. For County roads, use the same pattern as for city streets. For railroad rights of way, use the five-letter JURISDICTION code on the railroad, i.e. BNRWY or CWRWY. ROW TYPES: ONRAMP = Highway onramp, MEDIAN = Median strip or divided highway, SHOULDER = Shoulder of road/highway, OFFRAMP = Highway offramp, XEND = Across the dead end of a road. (2)BBBBB: 5 Letters or numbers indicating nearest intersecting street, road or highway to the right-of-way on which the infestation is located. For State Roads Only, this will be the nearest milepost, preceded by either MP or EX to designate an actual mile post or freeway exit, e.g. MP 110 is milepost 110 while EX 110 is exit 110. (3)C: 1 Letter giving direction from a starting point to infestation: A = north-east, B = north-west, C = south-west, D = south-east. (4)DDD: 3 Digits show hundredths of a mile (approximately 50 feet) from starting point. Do not use decimal points in the field, e.g.± 50 codes to 001, 100 feet codes to 002, a tenth of a mile codes to 010, 9 miles codes to 900, etc
